Junior Valuation & Finance Modeling Consultant

Responsibilities

​

This position will be responsible for: obtaining and analyzing information on various markets and enterprises for which financial models are developed; developing selected sections of the offerings, reports or presentations; support in the development of valuations and financial models.

​

Candidate profile

​

We are looking for students in their final years of MA studies and graduates with a degree in economics or mathematics who have:

​

  • certified good command of written and spoken English;

  • very good analytical skills, in particular with regard to large volumes of data;

  • very good knowledge of Excel;

  • theoretical knowledge of and interest in business valuation;

  • ability to analyze financial data of a company and information from financial markets in order to obtain the indices necessary for valuation purposes;

  • very good knowledge of accounting and finance;

  • ability to build workplace relationships and work in a team;

  • work motivation.

Junior Accountant
​

Responsibilities

​

  • assign and file accounting documents in a financial accounting system (including invoices, bank statements, fiscal and cash reports);

  • review documents for formal and accounting compliance, perform checks of VAT records;

  • analyze and align settlements;

  • maintain records of fixed assets, calculate monthly balance-sheet and tax amortization and depreciation, review valuation of fixed assets;

  • cooperate with customers and external authorities (including: tax, social insurance and statistical authorities, the National Bank of Poland);

Candidate profile

​

  • at least secondary-level education (in economics);

  • accounting experience;

  • knowledge of accounting and tax law;

  • knowledge of Lefthand or ERP Optima software would be beneficial;

  • good MS Office knowledge, with a focus on Excel;

  • analytical thinking ability;

  • teamwork ability;

  • commitment and openness to new challenges;

  • sense of responsibility for the job at hand.
